Website (previsio-ai.com): no tracking or audience measurement cookies are placed. Only technical cookies necessary for operation (language and session management) are used. No personal data is collected by default. Previsio mobile application: data collected (account identifiers, usage data related to the service) is strictly necessary for service delivery and is described in detail in the transparency form associated with the application on the App Store / Google Play. Contact forms: if you write to us at info@previsio-ai.com, we process your email address and message content only to respond to your request.

Processing of your data is based on the performance of the service contract (use of the application), your consent (contact forms) and our legitimate interests (service security, fraud prevention).

Account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 3 years after last access. Contact emails are retained for 3 years after the last exchange. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our technical subprocessors (hosting, cloud infrastructure) bound by a GDPR-compliant processing agreement: OVHcloud (web and database hosting, France) and Amazon Web Services / NVIDIA (cloud infrastructure for ML calculations, international transfer agreement if applicable).

You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@previsio-ai.com specifying your request. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
