This policy describes how Previsio S.A.S collects, uses and protects your personal data in connection with the use of the previsio-ai.com website and the Previsio mobile application. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected
Website (previsio-ai.com): no tracking or audience measurement cookies are placed. Only technical cookies necessary for operation (language management, session) are used. No personal data is collected by default.
Previsio mobile application: the data collected (account identifiers, usage data related to the service) is strictly necessary to provide the service and is described in detail in the App Store / Google Play transparency form associated with the application.
Contact forms: if you write to us at info@previsio-ai.com, we process your email address and message content solely to respond to your request.
Legal basis and purposes
The processing of your data is based on service contract execution (application use), your consent (contact forms) and our legitimate interests (service security, fraud prevention).
Retention period
Account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 3 years after last access. Contact emails are retained 3 years after the last exchange. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Recipients
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our technical subprocessors (hosting, cloud infrastructure) bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement: OVHcloud (web hosting and database, France) and Amazon Web Services / NVIDIA (cloud infrastructure for ML computations, international transfer agreement if applicable).
Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@previsio-ai.com specifying your request. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
